Shefford and Sandy brought a squad of 10 to our game, but we were still required to get the ball over the line, which we did five times. Once again we got an early goal to settle the nerves. This week it was Frances after 7 mins. Amy, in a new up front position went on to score twice, as did Shelly.
A trio of MoMs reflects the strength across the Ladies 4s, Shelly from up front, Emily from midfield and Tia from defence.
We remain top of the table, but it’s only by scrolling across the columns that the really remarkable stats are found. In our 8 games, we have let in just 2 goals. Impressive stuff!
