Players of match: Cora and Cat.
Sooo a defeat that we can and did learn a lot from:
-We are a team that never stops fighting
-We much prefer attacking away from the sun
-Apparently you can’t lift stick in order to hit the ball!!!! (Ask Jo)
-We can be very versatile …..Cat and Cora in their excellent cameo performances in defence and on forward line.
-Maybe to combat our ageing legs we need to hunt in pairs??? (Or trios lol)
We did our best but ultimately PB were fast in transition from defence to attack. We struggled to keep hold of the ball once our defence won the ball, putting more pressure on ourselves. Great saves from Sharon throughout the game.
The very best feature of our visit to this lovely venue at Queenswood was the newly refurbished changing rooms, clean, carpeted, showers and loos spotless, we didn’t want to leave them!!!!
