Our first win of the season!! Everyone did exactly as they were asked, following the key points we covered in an extensive white board session before the game.
We spread our goals out with 2 in the first half (Lucinda and Haidee) with another two in the second half (Haidee and Sue). Our MOM was Tia, with 9 votes, recognising the amazing contribution she made as CH, a new position for her. Votes too for our juniors, Lucinda, Cerys and Elsie, who all played brilliantly, listening to advice and putting it into practice on pitch. And a clean sheet for our new goalie Sharon. It was a good day at the office all round!
It’s been tough going up a division at the same time as saying farewell to players moving upwards, but this week has proved that our new merry band of L4s are capable of challenging (and beating) our division 5 opponents Well done everyone!
