Astro Pitch Hire Rates

Contact the Astro Manager to enquire about availability and make a booking.

Adult/Junior Hire £36 per hour per third of a pitch.
Adult/Junior £81 per hour for full pitch.
Special rates for Letchworth Schools for non-peak usage.
Includes flood-lights and VAT.

Function Room Hire Charges

Friday and Saturday Nights. (7:30pm to 11:00pm)
Non-members:
Room Rate £120 per evening includes 1 member of staff (payable in advance as a no refund deposit)
Each extra member of staff charged at £12 per hour
License extension charged at £40 (only if required, non-refundable at time of booking)
License extension includes application for extension to NHDC and 1 additional hour of bar with 1 member of staff
Use of kitchen facilities £15

Members:
Room Rate for evening £50 includes 1 member of staff
Extra Staff £9 per hour
License extension £25 (only if required, non-refundable at time of booking)
Kitchen Free

Sunday and Thursday Nights. (7:30pm to 11:00pm)
Non-members:
Room Rate for evening is £80 includes 1 member of staff
Extra members of staff are still £12 per hour and license extension £40. Free kitchen facilities.
Room only rate during the week is £18 per hour

Members:
Room Rate for evening £50 includes 1 member of staff
Extra members of staff are still £9 per hour and license extension £25. Free kitchen facilities.
Room only rate during the week is £12 per hour
